Captcha replacement
Since the year 2000, many sites have adopted the Captcha method in order to protect Web forms against robots and spammers. The result is that not only robots are blocked, but also users.
LoginWall offers a simple and highly effective solution that replaces Captcha for the following applications:
LoginWall methodology checks the time it takes to enter a text or a password in a form; if it is too short, the LoginWall system recognizes that the origin of the text must be a robot, and automatically blocks the sending of the form or password. For example, a sign-in form filled in less than 10 seconds probably did not originate from human typing, so it is blocked by the LoginWall system. The specific time limit and other associated parameters are set by the site administrator.
LoginWall Password
LoginWall password protection is now offered as an on-demand service for all Internet websites, through a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) model. All you have to do is register to use our system and you will be able to upgrade your users' online security and privacy to the highest level.
LoginWall lets your users set their own, easy-to-remember LoginWall passwords and use them on your website.
LoginWall can also be applied directly on a dedicated server, and can replace your SSO system.
Take the LoginWall advantage -- your clients will thank you!
Advanced Password
LoginWall offers an advanced password, which ensures a higher level of protection. The advanced password is much more secure than the standard password. The added level of protection also means that you will have to remember a more complicated password, one with more details than in the standard password.
The LoginWall advanced password includes many more delay options, with pauses not only between keys but also on keys.
Choosing the LoginWall advanced password is highly recommended for organizations and applications that require maximum security.
Brute Force Protection
LoginWall Brute-Force protection is able to recognize if a text was typed by human hand or generated by a computer program. This knowledge makes it possible to avoid brute force attacks and auto filling spam software.
Brute-force attacks are rapidly becoming the preferred method for unauthorized entry, due to the:
The LoginWall SaaS system is integrated before the password check and authenticates a password as correct and as human-generated if --and only if-- the time stamp between the first and last characters is greater than a pre-determined parameter, for example, a couple of seconds. If the time stamp isn't long enough, the system will not redirect to the next level on your server and instead it will alert the client: "password typed too fast or not by a human".
To avoid any inconvenience to the users, the webmaster has the (default) option to let the first login after every signup be without the time check, in order to allow the auto fill/ save password option to function.

Routers
Routers are the weak point in every network. The fact that access to a router doesn't require entering a username but only a password makes the system particularly vulnerable. In addition, preventing someone from entering a system through a router is extremely complicated and cannot be done without first identifying the potential hacker's network IP. The LoginWall password makes it possible to counter any brute force threat against wireless routers simply and effectively.
Files and Software Protection
Protecting files and software programs is a difficult challenge on any computer. In most cases, there isn't even an option to block brute force attacks on files. Using a LoginWall password provides a perfect solution. Due to its use of two parameters and information that is time-dependent, the LoginWall password is unbreakable by brute force.
